Dr. Sharon Kredo Russo is Vice President of Ideation at AION Labs, a venture studio for new start-ups utilizing AI for drug discovery and development.

At AION Labs, Sharon is responsible for scouting and evaluation of new technologies, and creation of novel challenges. Prior to AION Labs, Sharon was a

VP Discovery at BiomX, where she led early stages of pipeline projects in IBD, oncology and respiratory diseases, from inception to preclinical animal models and first-in-human clinical studies. Previously, Sharon was R&D Director at Rosetta Genomics, and led RNA therapeutic programs. Sharon holds a PhD and Post Doctoral fellowship in Molecular Genetics from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
