The Colton Center for Autoimmunity congratulates the grant winners for The Study and the Improvement of Care of Autoimmune Diseases referring to the 7.10 events. Out of the proposals the center received,

the winning proposals are:

“The impact of the October 7th war on stress, coping strategies, risk of relapse and disease progression in people with multiple sclerosis” Prof Alon Kalron (TAU) and Dr. Roy Aloni (Sheba MC)

“Investigating the Possible Association Between Traumatic Stress and Exacerbation of Autoimmune Diseases." Prof. Talma Handler (TAU), Prof. Asia Rolls (Technion), Dr. Yifat Alcalay, Prof. Avi Gadoth and Dr. David Hagin (TLVMC).

In the pursuit of unraveling the mysteries of autoimmune diseases, Tel Aviv University's Colton Center for Autoimmune Diseases recently published a call for proposals. A total of 36 multidisciplinary teams submitted their proposals, out of which six teams were awarded the Colton Center's $200K funding each. These talented teams have set out to revolutionize our understanding of various aspects of autoimmunity.
